It is an important issue how to design open and semi-natural space in urban area for urban biodiversity and ecological education. Because there has been rapid decrease in the amount of open or natural space in especially in urban area in Japan due to the development of housing area.And it was proposed that the new way of using and creating urban open spaces for children's play and ecological education that can simultaneously form part of an ecological network in an urban area.The children have also actively participated in the development workshops in accessible environment and have proposed their own ideas for the management of that place. Also it was proposed new way of environmental education program in each planning sites.

如何设计城市开放的半自然空间，促进城市生物多样性和生态教育，是一个重要的问题。日本由于住房面积的开发，特别是城市地区的开放或自然空间数量迅速减少。因此有人提出了利用和创造城市开放空间的新方式，用于儿童游乐和生态教育，同时形成城市地区生态网络的一部分。孩子们也积极参与无障碍环境发展研讨会，并对该场所的管理提出了自己的想法。还提出了每个规划地点环境教育计划的新方式。
