Disease-specific intestinal nutrient sensing mechanismand the development of special nutrition foods

本研究建立了疾病特异性肠道营养感应机制，为开发特殊营养食品奠定了基础。我确定了肾脏疾病特异性营养传感器基因和基因数据库使用DNA微阵列分析。此外，对肾功能衰竭动物模型给予限磷饮食，发现能防止异位钙化的发展和钙代谢异常，对预防肾性贫血也有效。

In this study, we established disease-specific intestinal nutrient sensing mechanism and a basis for the development of special nutritious food. I identified renal disease-specific nutrient sensor genes and gene database using DNA microarray analysis. In addition, administration of phosphorus restricted diet to renal failure animal model, found that to prevent the development of ectopic calcification and calcium metabolism abnormality, also effective in the prevention of renal anemia.
