Titania nanotube/Iron oxide nanoparticle aligned-peapod thin films for magneto-optical devices

该项目的最初目标是（1）制备氧化物基纳米管/纳米线复合材料，用于高温下的高密度记录应用，以及（2）获得具有垂直排列微结构的混合薄膜。经过对原设计的一些改进，我们成功地制备出了由阳极氧化铝（AAO）纳米管阵列与TiO 2或BaTiO 3微粒组成的具有类似结构的新材料。

The initial targets of this project were (1) to prepare oxide-based nanotube/nanowire composites for high-density recording applications up to high temperatures, and (2) to obtain hybrid thin films with vertically aligned microstructure. After some modifications of the initial plan, we successfully obtained some new materials with the similar structure composed of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) nanotube array with TiO2 or BaTiO3 fine particles.
