Development of a qualitative assessment index for dementia nursing

采用德尔菲法制定痴呆患者护理质量评价指标，并对日本综合医院护士进行邮寄调查。我们的分析提取了63个条目和5个因素：“护理以稳定痴呆症状”、“支持以使治疗过程顺利”、“使用团队方法和支持照顾者”、“痴呆认知功能和行为及心理症状的评估”、“对患者生活活动的评估”。

A qualitative assessment index of nursing care for patients with dementia was developed from the Delphi method,and postal mail surveys were conducted with general hospital nurses in Japan. Our analysis extracted 63 items and 5 factors: "Nursing care to stabilize dementia symptoms", "Support to enable a smooth treatment procedure", "Using a team-approach and supporting caregivers", "Assessment of cognitive function and behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia", and "Assessment of patients'living activities".
