オスカル・ゴメズを中心とする今期の研究については、二つの主要な課題があった。第一は、成果として形になりつつある論文を仕上げることであり、第二は、すでに査読に入っている三つの論文を発表することだった。前者については'informationprovision for persons with migration background'および`identity and disasters'というテーマで論文のドラフトができており、セミナーで発表できる水準になっている。この二つ目の論文は、慶応大学で9月に開催されたJapan Association for Human Security Studiesの年次大会でゴメズが発表している。これらの論文を研究期間中に査読付き雑誌に投稿することはできなかったが、そのための準備はほとんど整っている。後者については、三つの論文のうち二つはすでに出版されている。その一つは危機状況におけるfood distributionに関するもので、国内雑誌に発表されており、もう一つは災害の様々な局面における留学生の行動に関するもので、国際雑誌に発表されている。災害における外国機関の活動に関する三番目の論文は全文は掲載されていなかったが、国際雑誌に要約が掲載されている。研究期間の早い段階で確立されたネットワークを生かして、これらに加えて、UNDPの人間開発報告書室の依頼を受けて、a guidance note on human security reportingを作成する機会を得ることができた。成果は、ゴメズ、デス・ガスパー、峯の共著報告書として出版され、ゴメズはその成果にかかわる国際的なプレゼンテーションも何度か行っている。

The main topic of this study is: The first one is the result, the second one is the result, the third one is the result. The former refers to 'informationprovision for persons with migration background',' identity and disasters', and the latter refers to the definition of the text. The annual conference of Japan Association for Human Security Studies was held in September. During the research period, the author will check the contribution of the paper and prepare it for the whole process. The latter is published in the second place. In addition to food distribution in crisis situations, domestic and international volunteers are involved in disaster situations and international students 'actions. The full text of the paper on the activities of foreign agencies related to disasters is published in the International Journal. During the early stages of the study period, the opportunity to create a guidance note on human security reporting was established. The results of the study were published in a joint report on the study of the results of the study.
