项目摘要

平成24年度の研究目的は,192545年出生男性の中年期までの「転職」と高齢期における「労働市場からの退出」の規定要因を明らかにすることである.なかでも本研究は,男性の職業意識・主観的健康といったミクロ要因が職歴移動に及ぼす影響に注目する.さらにこの目的を達成するために23年度から実施しているインターネット・パネル調査の第2波調査を実施することも24年度の重要なタスクである.はじめに既存のパネル調査データを用いて,当該男性の中年期までの離職に対し,就業途中の仕事満足(job satisfaction)がどのような影響を及ぼすのかを明らかにし投稿論文にまとめた.分析の結果,この世代の男性の仕事満足はその後の離職行動に対し有意な主効果をもたなかった.しかし意識と職業階層の交互作用効果が存在し,中小企業ブルーカラーのみ満足であれば勤続し不満であれば離職する傾向が認められた.よって,この世代の大企業従業員を中心とした「長期雇用」慣行は,高階層を中心とした「不満・満足にかかわらず勤続する」というミクロレベルで特徴的な働き方の結果であることが新たに示された.男性有職者の後期キャリアとくに「労働市場からの退出」は生活保障や世帯の支出・家族の支援などそれまでのキャリアと比べ影響要因が非常に多く複雑であることが知られている.そこで複雑な後期キャリアを把握すべく,前年度から「60代有職男性の意識とキャリアに関するインターネット・パネル調査」を実施している.24年度は前年度の第1波で回答を得た700名に対し追跡調査(第2波)を実施した.第2波の回収率は約85%であった.これにより1年間のキャリアの変化に対する社会保障要因・家族要因そして職業意識・主観的健康といったミクロ要因の影響を明らかにすることができる.このようなインターネット・パネル調査は実施事例が少ないため,職歴移動研究の領域に方法的な意義をもつ.

The purpose of this study in 2004 was to clarify the main causes for the regulation of "career transition" and "exit from the labor market" among men born in 192545 in middle age. This study focuses on the main factors affecting male occupational health and mobility. This goal was achieved in 2013 and the second wave of the survey was implemented in 2014. In the middle of the investigation, when the man leaves his job in middle age, the job satisfaction on the way to employment affects him and makes it clear that he will submit a paper. The results of the analysis show that the generation of male employees is full of job opportunities, and the post-employment actions are aimed at the main results. The interaction between consciousness and professional class exists, and the tendency of small and medium-sized enterprises to leave is recognized. This generation of large enterprise employees is centered on "long-term employment" habits, and high-level employees are centered on "in-service" and "in-service" characteristics. The late period of male employment is divided into two parts: "market withdrawal" and "life security".
