项目摘要

本研究の目的は、仕事のさまざまな側面に対する不満とその後の離転職の有無の関連を調べることで、労働市場の「不満の解消機会」の実態を明らかにすることである。この目的を計量分析により明らかにするたに、本研究では、一次データを得るパネル調査を企画・実施した。初年度は2022年9月に千葉県北中部エリア14市町を対象にパネル調査の第1波を実施した（本研究の他に複数の研究課題遂行のための質問項目を含めた総合的な調査票調査である）。サンプリングは選挙人名簿から層化２段無作為抽出により18～69歳の3,016名を選び、調査票と返信用封筒を郵送した。有効回収率は49.2%（1,484名）となり多くの方にご協力いただけた。データにおいて有職者約1,175名のうち、約20%が会社や勤め先をやめることも考えている離職意志をもっていた。また、給与・収入に不満をもつ者が約40%、体への負担に不満をもつ者が約30%、労働時間に不満をもつ者が約25%であった。職場の人間関係への不満は約15%、自分の能力を生かせることへの不満は約10%で、先に述べた項目と比べ不満をもつ者が少なかった。本研究では、これらの不満のうちどのような不満がその後の離職行動につながるのか、そしてどのような社会階層で転職により不満が解消しやすいのかを、第1波調査にご協力いただいた方を追跡して調査することで今後明らかにしていく。追跡調査は、2023年9月（第2波）、2024年9月（第3波）に実施予定である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the situation of "opportunity for job removal" in the market by adjusting the relationship between job losses and job losses.
