本研究では,単調欠測データに基づく統計的手法の開発に関する研究を行った.観測されるデータには,何らかの理由により一部のデータが欠落する状況がしばしば見られる.一般に,このような欠測データの下では推定量の構成が難しいため,分布論に基づく統計的手法の開発が困難になるという問題に直面する.しかしながら,単調欠測データの場合,推定量が複雑な形になることは避けられないが,分布論に基づく統計的手法の開発が可能であり,既にいくつかの研究成果が挙げられている.単調欠測データは観測対象の脱落の際に生じる欠測データであるため,単調欠測データの下での統計理論の構築は有用である.本研究は漸近理論に基づく方法,すなわち標本数が大きい場合に有用な近似的方法に着目し,これを単調欠測データの下で導くことに従事した.これにより,多くのデータを取り込み,従来の方法における近似精度の改良を図った。具体的には,漸近理論に基づく方法が必要となる線形判別分析における誤判別確率に対する近似法,および分散共分散行列の同等性検定統計量の構成に取り組んだ.線形判別法における誤判別確率に対する近似法については,主に3種の近似を構成した.特に,最も一般的な単調欠測データの下での近似の導出は困難であるが,先行研究に見られない導出方針を用いてこれを導いた.さらに,数値実験による性能評価を行った結果,多くのデータ設定の下で,提案した結果の有用性が見受けられた.一方,分散共分散行列の同等性検定統計量については,最も単純な単調欠測データの下で与えることができた.また,検定統計量に対し,カイ二乗分布への分布収束の速度を改良する修正を施し,数値実験による評価を与えた.

This research is related to the development of basic statistical methods for simple undermeasurement of data. The reason for the failure of a part of the system is that the system is not working properly. In general, it is difficult to deduce the composition of quantity under the condition of unmeasured data, and it is difficult to develop the method of basic statistics in distribution theory. In the case of unmeasured data, it is possible to develop basic statistical methods in distribution theory. The statistical theory construction of the unmeasured data under the unmeasured data is useful when the unmeasured data falls off. This study is based on the asymptotic theory, and the approximate method is useful in large cases. The method of approximate accuracy is improved. The basic method of asymptotic theory is necessary, linear discriminant analysis is necessary, error probability is approximate, and the composition of equivalence statistics is selected. The linear discriminant method is composed of three kinds of approximate methods. In particular, the most general adjustment is under measurement, and the approximation is difficult to derive. In addition, the number of performance evaluation results, the number of settings, the usefulness of the proposal results are not seen. On the one hand, the dispersion and co-dispersion of the column equivalence test statistics in the middle, the most pure single adjustment under the test in the next and For example, if a statistical quantity is determined, the velocity of the distribution of the two-dimensional distribution is improved, and the numerical value is evaluated.
