项目摘要

1. 調査の具体的内容・比較分析 :カンボジア・ラオスにおける女性の人身売買(以下 : 人身取引)を比較分析すると、メコン河流域諸国内において各国個別に諸問題が発生していることが現地調査から知れた, プッシュ・プル要因の関連ならびに問題への対策において重要となる点は、各国で異なる。それらは、移住労働と人身取引との関係、被害者の年齢層、出身国別によって異なる職種とその形態、受け入れ国と送りだし国との言語の関係、送りだし国側が抱える国内問題などがあげられる。よって、同地域内で包括的に展開されている支援体制から、より個別の事情に即した対策を講じる必要がある。2. 当該地域の人身取引を理解する視点と意義 :当該地域の移住労働と人身取引の関係を研究する際は、貧困、抑圧といった社会構造内に組み込まれた構造的暴力と、ジェンダーの視点、脆弱者を生み出す中心と周縁構造を理解する世界システム論、移民研究などを総合して検討しないと十分に理解できない。したがって、横断学問領域から研究を進めることにより、相関分野における新たな知見を提示することが可能となる。3. 今後の取り組み課題と研究の重要性 :各国は国連機関主導の取り組みに依存することなく、自国のイニシアティブを持って、自国内の個別事情に即した対策と、ジェンダーや文化的背景に即した構造的側面の両側面から人身取引の予防、被害、保護、訴追への取り組みを推進することが必要とされる。また、各国の状況に即した効果的かつ包摂的な支援のプロセスを通じて、当事者みずからが主体性を持ち、社会との関係を築ける支援の在り方を検討する必要が望まれる。そのことにより被害当事者を主体とする研究がより深化される。またこれらの研究は今後のASEAN共同体構想においても想定される人の移動にまつわる研究にも効果的な提言を示すことが可能なるであろう。
