本研究の目的は、カンボジアにおける貧困層の「出稼ぎ家族移動」や「親の出稼ぎと子どもにもたらされる状況」に焦点をあて、親の出稼ぎ移動によって子どもにもたらされる影響と社会的保護の関係を分析することにある。海外への渡航が緩和されたことから、今年度は8月、2月に現地調査を再開した。主な現地調査内容ならびに研究視点は、移住労働世帯の①【動態分析】②【環境分析】③【影響分析】に着眼した。また、新型コロナウイルスの影響が、世帯の移住労働や就労状況にどのような作用をもたらしたか、という視点も加え聞き取り調査を行った。これらの聞き取り調査結果から、新型コロナウイルスの影響を受け、雇止めを含めた失業や雇用が不安定な状況におかれている世帯が多数みられ、予期せぬ事態が発生していた。上記を踏まえ、次年度の研究調査では、新型コロナウイルスが、移住労働世帯の子どもの生活環境にどのような影響をもたらしたのかという視点も追加する。そして予期せぬ事態が脆弱世帯の子どものwell-beingにどのような影響をもたらすかについても可視化する。次年度も引き続き現地に足を運び、各関係機関や、農村各地での聞き取り調査などを遂行することを検討している。また、今年度は、①“Considering the effectiveness and achievement of SDGs toward the combating of human trafficking, pp.133-145, Sustainable development disciplines for humanity: eds. Noriko Suzuki, Masahisa Endo and Susumu Annaka, Public Behavioral Responses to Policy Making during the Pandemic, Routledge, 2023を発表した。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of environmental protection on the protection of the society.
