Isolation of the receptor gene to Pine Wood Nematode in Pinus thunbergii

为分离松材线虫（PWN）受体基因（lrr -基因），利用栽培作物抗线虫基因（nr -基因）的序列信息，采用比较基因组学方法分离松材线虫（PWN）。利用抗性F1家族的基因型和表型之间的QRL （Quantitative Resistance Loci）分析对分离的候选基因进行了评价。因此，在本研究分离的受体基因中未检测到显著的QTL，但在连锁组1上检测到一个可能影响PWN抗性的QTL。

To isolate receptor gene (LRR-gene) to pine wood nematode (PWN) in Pinus thunbergii, the comparative genomic approach was conducted using the sequence information of nematode resistance gene (NR-gene) in cultivated crop. The isolated candidate gene was evaluated by QRL (Quantitative Resistance Loci) analysis between genotype and phenotype using the resistant F1 family. As a result, the significant QTL was not detected at receptor genes isolated in this study, but one putative QTL affecting PWN resistance was detected on the linkage group 1.
