项目摘要

With an aim to discovery of novel anti-viral/tumor agents, I have developed a new method for the synthesis of 4’-substituted cordycepin derivatives by substitution of a phenylsulfanyl leaving group. Anti-viral evaluation of 4’-substituted cordycepin found some compounds having an activity against RNA virus.

为了发现新的抗病毒/抗肿瘤药物，我开发了一种通过取代苯硫基离去基团合成4 '-取代虫草素衍生物的新方法。对4 '-取代虫草素的抗病毒活性进行了评价，发现一些化合物具有抗RNA病毒的活性。
