平成26年度は、Ｅ・フッサールの現象学の持つ意識と世界の問題への意義を意味概念という観点から吟味・確定するという本研究課題の目標を達成するために、研究実施計画に基づき、彼の意味概念の基礎となる彼の知覚論の内実の明確化、および彼の意味概念の分析に基づく合理性概念の明確化に努めた。詳しくは、平成26年度の研究成果は大きく次の二つに分けられる。第一に、フッサール知覚論の内実を明確化するために以下の作業を遂行した。まず、ヘルシンキ大学で開催された第12回北欧現象学会年次大会における口頭発表"What Is It to Ascribe Content to Perception?"において、現代の知覚論において「概念主義・非概念主義論争」と呼ばれる論争の混乱の元となっている一定の概念的混同を指摘しそれを取り除いた。そして、日本現象学会での口頭発表「フッサールと知覚の内容」において、『論理学研究』におけるフッサールの知覚論が、その論争におけるある立場を説得的なものとして動機付けるものであることを示した。第二に、現代の言語哲学における、意味概念の分析という観点から合理性を解明しうるという洞察を背景とした合理性に関する議論を整理した上で、フッサール現象学がその議論に対して積極的な意義をもつということを、主に彼の『論理学研究』、『イデーンI』、『イデーンII』におけるテキストを解釈する中で明らかにした。この作業の一部は、全南大学・東京大学大学院生学術交流シンポジウムでの口頭発表「理性的主体に対する他者の必要性」において日本および韓国の研究者に対して発信された。第一の成果は、フッサール現象学が意識の問題に対して持つ意義を明確化するものであり、第二の成果はフッサール現象学が世界の問題に対して持つ意義を明確化するものである。
