项目摘要

今年度は、下記二点に重点をおいて研究を遂行した。一点目は昨年度に構築したアジア一国分析モデルをメガリージョンアジア全体へ拡張し定量分析を行ったこと、二点目は全体構造の整理(低炭素交通評価フレームの構築)および新たな定量分析結果の表示法(四象限追跡法)の開発である。前者に関して、今年度は研究目的であったアジア全域での分析実施のために、昨年度の一国分析モデルからアジア全域分析モデルへ拡張し、研究計画通りに定量分析を行った。その過程では、昨年度構築した集積の循環メカニズムをモデル化したツールを活用するだけでなく、新たに国間レベルの国際交通ネットワークを独自に作成することで、既往研究では対象とされていなかった道路・鉄道・海運の三つの交通手段を扱う分析を可能とした。後者に関して、本作業は研究を進める過程において、国際地域間交通に関する問題は交通研究者以外の多くの理解と協力の上で実現される問題であることから、研究成果を専門外の方へも理解促進を支援するツール開発が必要だと考えた。そこで、交通施策メニュー・施策評価手法(分析モデル)・分析結果の因果関係を一目で理解可能とする「低炭素交通評価フレームワーク」を構築した。さらに、分析結果に関しては、経済成長、交通需要増大、CO2排出量増大の因果関係を一目で理解可能とする新たな表示法として「四象限追跡法」を考案した。これは、第一象限に経済成長(GDP)、第二象限に交通需要(発生量)、第三象限に交通輸送量(総輸送量)、第四象限に交通手段別交通輸送量(道路、鉄道、海運、航空など)、そして第一象限と同じ方向に二酸化炭素排出量の軸を設定する表示法である。上記の研究過程では、国際学会発表(世界交通学会)、同学会の元会長などとの討論、各種セミナー・シンポジウムへも積極的に参加し、アジアの問題を世界の観点から捉えるなど、最新の知見・動向を踏まえた研究遂行をするよう努めた。最後に、昨年度と今年度の研究活動をまとめることで、研究目的としていた低環境負荷と高利便性を実現するための交通政策評価手法の開発を達成した。

This year, two key points should be noted. A new method for expressing quantitative analysis results (four-quadrant tracing method) was developed. The former is related to the purpose of this year's research, the implementation of global analysis, the analysis of last year's country, the implementation of quantitative analysis, and the research plan. In the past, the research on the construction of the integrated circulation system has been carried out independently, and it is possible to analyze the traffic modes of the road, railway and shipping. The latter is related to the process of this research, the problems related to international regional transportation, the problems related to understanding and cooperation outside the transportation researchers, the research results, the promotion of understanding outside the door, and the necessary research. Traffic Policy Evaluation Method (Analysis) Analysis Results Causality Analysis Method (Analysis) The results of this analysis are related to the causal relationship between economic growth, increased traffic demand, and increased CO2 emissions, and a new expression for understanding the possibility is examined in the "four-quadrant tracking method." The first quadrant includes GDP growth, the second quadrant includes traffic demand, the third quadrant includes traffic volume, the fourth quadrant includes traffic volume (road, rail, shipping, aviation), and the first quadrant includes axis setting for carbon emissions in the same direction. The research process mentioned above was discussed by the president of the International Society (World Transportation Society) and the alumni association, and all kinds of research projects were actively participated in. The problems of failure and failure were investigated by the world's leading experts. The latest knowledge and trends were studied and implemented. Finally, this year's research activities are aimed at achieving low environmental load and high efficiency, and the development of road strategy evaluation methods is achieved.
