The study of the senile xerodermic therapeutic agent using β-glucan derived from Aureobasidium pullulans

本研究利用出芽短梗霉β-1，3-1，6-葡聚糖（β-glucan）和深海水（DSW）对老年性干皮病进行了抗衰老作用的研究。本研究采用TNCB诱导HOS-HR小鼠皮炎模型，观察β-葡聚糖和丹参对老年性干皮病的治疗作用。结果表明，β-葡聚糖能有效缓解老年性干皮病的症状，且呈剂量依赖性。此外，我们明确了β-葡聚糖具有抑制嗜酸性粒细胞脱粒的作用。

We studied about the liniment of senile xeroderma using beta-1,3-1,6-glucan (β-glucan) derived from Aureobasidium pullulans and the deep-sea water (DSW). In this study, we showed the effect of β-glucan and DSW for senile xeroderma in HOS-HR dermatitis model mice induced by TNCB. As a result, β-glucan was effective for a palliation of symptom in senile xeroderma a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, we made clear that β-glucan had an effect to inhibit eosinophilic degranulation.
