Development of Comprehensive System of Tele-psychological Supporting

在日本，促进心理健康被视为防止自杀、提高人民生活质量的重要政策措施。本研究从临床心理学的角度探讨了促进心理健康的新途径。本研究试图通过国内的宽带基础设施，为遭受心理、人际或经济问题困扰的孤立者开发全面的远程心理支持系统。虽然2011年日本东部大地震中断了研究项目，但研究了被隔离人群中自杀意念的危险因素，成功开发了远程辅导员认知技能培训计划，并在远程咨询案例系列研究中累计支持了2446人。

Promoting mental health is regarded as an important policy measure to prevent suicide and increase quality of life of the people in Japan. This study examined new approach for the promotion of mental health in the light of clinical psychology. Through domestic broadband infrastructure this study tried to develop comprehensive tele-psychological supporting system for isolated people who suffer from mental, interpersonal or financial problems. Although research projects were disrupted by Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, risk factors of suicide ideation in the isolated people were studied, training program for tele-counselor's cognitive skill was successfully developed, and cumulative total of 2,446 people were supported in the case series study of tele-counseling.
