The role of FGF signal in brain development

结果表明，体内电穿孔与最新版本的四环素（Tet）控制基因调控（Tet- on）系统相结合，可有效诱导小鼠胚胎和出生后组织中各种类型神经元（如脑锥体神经元）的基因表达。命运图谱分析显示，表达fgf8的细胞向小脑分化。当fgf8表达细胞在发育早期被标记时，小脑后部和外侧的标记细胞较多。

It was shown that the combination of in vivo electroporation andthe newest version of the tetracycline (Tet)-controlled gene regulatory (Tet-On) systemefficiently can induce gene expression in various types of neurons such as cerebralpyramidal neurons in mouse embryonic and postnatal tissues. Fate map analysis showedthat the Fgf8-expressing cells differentiate into the cerebellum. The marked cells aredetected in more posterior and lateral part of the cerebellum when the Fgf8-expressingcells are marked in earlier developmental stage.
