MOTOR DEVELOPMENT APPROACH TO FACILITATE OF COORDINATED MOVEMENT BETWEEN TRUNK AND LOWER LIMBS FOR CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

本研究旨在探讨康复治疗对8例脑性瘫痪（脑瘫）患儿坐-立运动的影响。为了评估在这项任务中躯干和下肢之间的协调运动，使用了运动分析系统。康复后躯干倾斜角度较康复前明显减小。与康复前相比，康复后的髋关节和膝关节呈线性伸展锁定。踝关节角度明显增大。我们相信这些发现不仅有助于阐明CP儿童躯干和下肢的协调运动，而且有助于为CP儿童制定更有效的运动发展方法。

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of rehabilitation on sit-to-stand movement in 8 children with cerebral palsy (CP). In order to assess coordinated movement between trunk and lower limbs in this task, a motion analysis system was used. The angle of trunk tilting after rehabilitation was significantly reduced compared with that before rehabilitation. Hip and knee joints after rehabilitation were locked together in a linear pattern of extension, compared with that before rehabilitation. Moreover, the angleof the ankle joint was significantly increased. We believe that these findings would contribute to not only clarify coordinated movement between trunk and lower limbs to but also develop more efficiency motor development approach for children with CP .
