We often observe the international trade of used products, which can give not only positive economic welfare but also negative external cost to the importing countries. This research considered the exporter's responsibility and cost burden of waste disposal in the international trade of used products. First, it showed that the fee policy for the export of used products is not desirable in the exporting country. Second, it showed that it is difficult to apply the ideas of the waste generator's responsibility and the extended producer responsibility to the waste problems in the importing countries of used products.

我们经常观察到二手产品的国际贸易，这不仅会给进口国带来正的经济福利，而且会给进口国带来负的外部成本。本研究考虑了国际二手产品贸易中出口商在废物处理方面的责任和成本负担。首先，它表明出口二手产品的收费政策在出口国是不可取的。其次，它表明，很难将废物产生者责任和生产者延伸责任的想法应用于旧产品进口国的废物问题。
