Increased attention has been drawn to the extended producer responsibility (EPR) program as an effective instrument for tackling waste management issues. I considered the EPR programs under strategic interdependent relationship. Especially, I analyzed the following four cases; (1) privatization of a waste disposal sector, (2) foreign ownership, (3) vertical structure of the market, and (4) price competition. The results have been published in some international journals.

生产者延伸责任计划作为处理废物管理问题的有效工具，已引起人们越来越多的注意。我认为EPR项目是战略相互依赖关系。特别分析了（1）废弃物处理部门的民营化、（2）外资所有权、（3）市场的垂直结构、（4）价格竞争等4个案例。研究结果已在一些国际期刊上发表。
