Basic research toward the establishment of a school social worktraining program

在这项研究中，作为建立日本学校社会工作培训计划的基础研究，我调查了1)培训学校领导和3)培训对象，从而明确了学校社会工作教育培训面临的挑战和现状。此外，本研究在全国范围内开展的学校社会工作实践调查，在日本尚属首次，意义重大。

In this study, as basic research toward the establishment of a school social work training program in Japan, I survey that targets1) trainingschool2) training leadersand 3) Trainee.As a result, I made it clear about the challenges and the current state of school social work education training. In addition, the national survey on school social work practice that was carried out in this study, there is great significance in that it is the first of its kind in Japan.
