Research on a nurse's roles in the interprofessional work at convalescent beds

本研究旨在厘清护理人员在疗养院跨专业工作中所扮演的角色及其特性。进行了6次小组访谈和跨专业工作能力调查。结果表明，在跨专业团队中，护士整合信息，与其他多职业描述者一起工作，以实现病人的目标，并发挥作用，使病人的康复得以顺利进行。在跨专业工作能力调查结果中，护士组对能力的自我评价低于其他职业描述者组，对合作实践有认识的比例较低。护理管理者与其他职业描述者的认知程度相同。据认为，目前的条件，护士组承诺作为一个护理团队有影响。

In this research, the roles which the nurse exhibit and their characteristics were clarified in the interprofessional work at convalescent beds. 6 group interviews and interprofessional work competencies survey were conducted. As a result, in the interprofessional team, the nurse integrated information, worked on other multi-occupational description persons towards attainment of a patient's aim, and exhibited the roles which work so that recuperation of patients may progress smoothly.In the results of interprofessional work competencies survey, the nurse group had the low self-evaluation of competency as compared with other occupational description person groups, the ratio of person who had recognition about cooperative practice was low. For the nursing managers, it was same degree as other occupational description persons. It was thought that the present condition which the nurse group is committing as a nursing team had influenced this.
