This research investigated what types of ICT training course were useful for Japanese language teachers through the collaborative action research among a mentor and four mentee.The main results are as followed; 1)Focusing on ICT skill training too much leads to a diminished of quality of teaching as the technology of ICT makes advances dramatically; 2)Advice from other teaches can be an abstract because teachers cannot grasp the atmosphere of other teachers' class through the online communication. Based upon these results, it advised that ICT training course should be designed from both aspects; online and off-line (real communication), for example, when learning ICT skills teachers can use online resources but when sharing practice of classroom teachers can use off-line communication.

本研究通过一位导师和四位导师的合作行动研究，调查了哪些类型的ICT培训课程对日语教师有帮助。主要结果如下：1)随着ICT技术的飞速发展，过于注重ICT技能培训导致教学质量下降；2)其他教师的建议可能是抽象的，因为教师无法通过在线交流掌握其他教师的课堂气氛。根据这些结果，建议从两个方面设计ICT培训课程；例如，在线和离线(真实交流)，在学习ICT技能时，教师可以使用在线资源，但在分享课堂实践时，教师可以使用离线交流。
