项目摘要

高年齢に達した一卵性双生児は、遺伝要因が全く同一でありながらペアの1方が認知症や糖尿病などを発症しても他方は健常なペアが多く見られることから、このペア内の差異の原因となる環境因子を解明することは予防医学の面で学術的にも社会的にも極めて重要である。本研究では、既に把握して研究協力を得ている60歳以上の高齢双生児を対象に各種臨床検査を含む総合的な健康調査を実施している。特に、生活環境因子の影響については、ライフヒストリーを中心に食品摂取、身体的運動、職業内容、家族環境等を詳細に調査している。また同時に、性格検査、人生満足度テスト、知能検査等の検査データを収集してきた。これらデータは、国際的にも稀有なデータベースとなることから予防医学の面で極めてユニークで貴重な研究となることが期待されている。平成28年度の研究計画では、エピジェネチックな遺伝子発現に関与する環境因子について前年度と同様にライフスタイル因子や性格環境因子についてはブレスローのライフスタイル指標を含めた詳細なデータを収集し遺伝疫学的分析を実施している。また、これらの分析研究については従来より共同研究を実施している大阪大学大学院異学系研究科附属ツインリサーチセンター（センター長：岩谷良則教授）との共同研究として実施している。また尾形宗士朗（日本学術振興会特別研究員）には、ライフスタイルや生活環境因子の遺伝疫学的解析に参画いただいた。これらの研究成果については、多面的な複数の学術的な国際雑誌への論文および学会発表として公表することができた。

In older age, monozygotic twins have the same genetic causes as those of cognitive disorders and diabetes, and environmental factors explain the differences between them in the prevention of medical science and society. The research plan for 2008 - 2009 is to collect and analyze the environmental factors related to the development of genetic agents in the previous year, the same factors and personality environmental factors, and to analyze genetic diseases in detail. Jointly carried out by Professor Yoshinori Iwatani, Graduate School of Foreign Studies, Osaka University Mr. Soshiro Otaka (Special Fellow, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) participated in the analysis of environmental factors and genetic diseases. The results of this research are multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary, multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary.
