今年度は、研究1. 東日本大震災が経済学的選好に与えた影響、研究2．事業所内・事業所間賃金格差の変遷、研究3. 高齢者雇用延長政策が高齢夫婦の就業に与える影響、の3件の研究を主に行った。研究1は前年度に得た結果を、セミナー報告・論文執筆・投稿作業を行った。研究2,3については、実際に分析・考察作業を主に行った。以下、研究2,3の概要について簡単に報告する。【研究2 : 日本の事業所内・事業所間賃金格差の変遷について】本研究では、厚生労働省による賃金構造基本統計調査を利用し、1991年～2012年における日本の事業所内と事業所間の賃金格差の変遷を見ている。愛知学院大学の三好向洋講師との共同研究である。分析の結果、事業所間賃金格差の拡大は、男性でのみ見られ、女性では見られない。また、これによって男性賃金格差の内訳が女性の内訳に近づいていることが明らかになった。当該研究は、日本経済学会2015年春季大会及び第18回労働経済コンファレンスでポスター報告を行った他、独立行政法人統計センターによって開催された研究会にて口頭報告を行った。現在、学術誌投稿に向けて準備中である。【研究3 : 高齢者雇用延長政策が高齢夫婦の就業に与える影響について】本研究は、2006年に改正された高齢者雇用安定法によって定年年齢が60歳から65歳に引き上げられたことを利用して、家計単位で見た労働供給がどのように変化したのかを分析している。本研究は、Yale大学博士課程の澤田真行氏との共同研究である。分析の結果、高齢夫婦は退職時期を配偶者に合わせて決定する傾向があり、女性は自身が政策変更の対象になっていることよりも、配偶者の定年延長に反応して、退職時期を延期していることが明らかになった。本研究は若手研究者のための研究会で口頭報告を行った他、日本経済学会2016年春季大会におけるポスター報告を予定している。

[Study 2 : Changes in intra-office and inter-office rental rates in Japan] In this study, the changes in intra-office and inter-office rental rates in Japan from 1991 to 2012 were observed using the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's basic statistical survey of rental rates. Aichi Gakuin University Miyoshi Mukohiro Lecturer Joint Research The results of the analysis show that there is a large difference in the income of the business, male and female. For example, if you are a male, you are a female, and you are a female. When the study was conducted at the 2015 Spring Conference of the Japan Economic Society and the 18th Annual Conference of the Japan Economic Society, it was reported that the study was conducted at the annual Conference of the Japan Economic Society. Now, academic journal contribution to [Study 3 : Employment Extension Policy for Senior Couples and Its Impact] This study analyzed the employment stability law for senior couples revised in 2006 from 60 years old to 65 years old. This study is a joint study of Yale University doctoral program Makiyuki Sawada. The result of the analysis is that the spouse's retirement period tends to be delayed, and the spouse's retirement period is delayed. This study will be presented orally by the researcher and at the 2016 Spring Conference of the Japan Economic Society.
