Im Projekt soll die pathophysiologische Bedeutung von myokardialem Tissue-Factor (TF) im Hinblickauf die Pathogenese der DCMi und ihrer Progression zur terminalen Herzinsuffizienz im humanenMyokardgewebe und in Zellkultur- und Tiermodellen untersucht werden. Die Untersuchungen sollendie Rolle der kardialen TF-Expression für die myokardiale Kontraktilität und strukturelle Integrität beiDCMi definieren.
