本研究の目的は、人間対自然という対立図式に変わる新たな環境倫理学の理論形成である。その手掛かりとして、近年国内外で着目されている和辻哲郎の思想、そして和辻の先行研究として重要なオギュスタン・ベルクの思想を扱った。27年度に得られた成果を発展させる形で、28年度は主に和辻の人間・環境複合体論における(1)「表現」概念、(2)宗教的背景、(3)「こと」・「もの」概念の分析を行った。(1)に関しては、6月に南山大学南山宗教文化研究所で開催された和辻哲郎の思想を巡る国際コンファレンスにて口頭発表を行った。同研究所では1月中旬から3月に渡って短期客員研究員も務め、同研究テーマについて今後の研究につながる多くのアドバイスを得ることが出来た。(2)に関しては、10月に九州大学で開催されたInternational Association of Japanese Philosophyにおいて口頭発表を行った。これを発展させた内容の論文によって、法政大学国際日本学研究所主催の『2016年度若手研究者研究論文』最優秀論文を受賞した。(3)に関しては、12月にブリュッセル自由大学で開催されたEuropean Network of Japanese Philosophyの大会で口頭発表を行った。以上に加え、2017年7月にオックスフォード大学出版局より刊行予定の書籍Japanese Environmental Philosophyの出版を記念して、1月にボルティモアで開催されたAmerican Philosophical Associationの大会にて共同執筆者らとパネル発表を行った。また2017年8月末にはISTP国際理論心理学会にて日本の身体論についてのワークショップ、スリジー・ラ・サル国際文化センターのシンポジウムにて和辻とベルクの風土論比較についての口頭発表を行うことが決まっている。

The purpose of this study is to establish a new theory of environmental ethics. In recent years, there have been many important studies on the thought of Tetsuro at home and abroad. 27 years of achievements in the development of the form, 28 years of peace and harmony between the human and environmental complex theory,(1) the concept of "performance",(2) religious background,(3)"" and "" concept analysis. (1)In June, Nanshan University's Nanshan Institute of Religious Culture launched an international seminar on the subject. In the same institute, from mid-January to March, short-term guest researchers will work together, and in the same research, from future research to future research. (2)In October, Kyushu University opened its International Association of Japanese Philosophy. The Best Paper of the Year 2016, sponsored by the International Institute of Japanese Studies, Hosei University (3)In December, the Free University of Japan launched an oral presentation at the European Network of Japanese Philosophy Conference. In July 2017, the University Press published the book Japanese Environmental Philosophy, and in January, the American Philosophical Association co-authored the book. At the end of August 2017, ISTP International Society for Theoretical Psychology held a seminar on Japanese body theory, including the discussion of oral expression and the discussion of international cultural theory.
