项目摘要

わが国の電子看護記録の質評価を行うために必要な尺度の日本語版を作成する目的で平成28年度は研究活動を行った。Muller-Stabらが開発した看護診断・看護介入・看護成果の質尺度(Quality of Nursing Diagnoses,Interventions, and Outcomes、以下Q-DIO)の日本語版を作成するために、開発者の許諾を得たうえで、2社の専門業者に日本語訳を依頼した。さらに、米国居住経験が3年以上あり、ネイティブな英語力を有する日本人の看護実践家及び看護教育者の計2名にも日本語訳を依頼した。これら4つの日本語の翻訳を研究代表者を含めた研究者会議で討議し、日本語の翻訳第一草案を作成した。さらに、この第一草案のバックトランスレーションを2社の専門業者に依頼した。このバックトランスレーションを研究代表者を含めた研究者会議で討議しているところである。今後はQ-DIOの日本語版を完成させてわが国の電子看護記録の質評価を実施予定である。一方、Muller-Stabらから紹介されたQ-DIOを使用した研究及び看護記録の質評価に関連する文献レビューを実施しているところである。これらの文献レビューは、今後実施予定である質評価結果を考察する資料とする予定である。
