本研究の目的は、先天代謝異常症児と家族のQOL向上と医療社会面のサポートの質向上である。これらを達成するために、当該児と家族への効果的な介入プログラムの作成、および医療者への教育介入プログラムの作成を二本柱としている。3年目である本年度は、研究計画のフェーズ3に取り組む予定であったが、前年度新たに尺度開発の必要性が生じたため、当初の計画からは遅れる次第となったが、今後構築する介入プログラムの評価に使用するための尺度開発の準備、既存データの分析と学会発表を中心に取り組んだ。1. 先天代謝異常症児と家族のQOL向上の柱＜児と家族への介入デザインの設計＞外来診療における医師・看護師をはじめとした医療職者に対して、先天代謝異常症児の養育者（母親・父親）が抱くケアニーズについて、105家族のデータの内容分析結果をParents’ support needs in outpatient department for children with inborn errors of metabolism;Qualitative analysis by questionnaire survey-を現在投稿準備中である。食事療法という日々の食事が治療そのものであるフェニルケトン尿症の疾患特異的QOLを測定するための尺度開発を行なうべく、尺度開発のための研究プロトコルを作成し、インタビューを実施した。2. 医療社会面サポートの質向上の柱＜医療者の教育介入プログラムの作成＞当該児と家族を対象とした国内外のケア介入報告・研究を対象とした文献検討の結果、国内の医療者の当該児と家族のケアに関する量的および質的な認識解明の必要性が示唆され、さらなる実態調査と既存データの分析の必要が生じた。現在投稿準備中の家族のケアニーズをもとに、当該家族の医療社会面サポートの質向上のためのプログラムを検討した。

The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of the family with congenital metabolic disorders. The two pillars of this process are the creation of an intervention program for the family and the creation of an educational intervention program for the medical profession. For the current three-year plan, the selection and composition of the research plan has been determined, the need for new scale development in the previous year has arisen, the original plan has been revised, and the preparation for scale development for use in the evaluation of the intervention platform in the future, the analysis of existing data, and the presentation of learning are the central components. 1. Family QOL for Metabolic Disorders: Upward Column Family Intervention Design: External Diagnosis: Physicians/Caregivers: Medical Professionals: Parents 'support needs in outpatient department for children with inborn errors of metabolism Qualitative analysis by questionaire survey- Dietary therapy is used to determine the quality of life of patients with urinary disorders. 2. A qualitative analysis of medical social aspects of health care; the creation of educational intervention programs for medical professionals; the results of literature review; and the necessity of understanding and understanding of the quality of health care programs for medical professionals in China. Now the submission preparation of the family is in progress. When the family's medical and social support is in progress, the quality of the submission is discussed.
