申請者の研究はモザンビークにおける教育援助の表層・深層構造を解明することを目的にし、２年間で３段階での実施計画を設定した。３段階のそれぞれの小目的は１段階目で、教育援助の表層構造を解明し、２段階目では深層構造を解明し、３段階目では表層と深層の構造を合わせた新しい視点を提示するとした。昨年度は１段階および２段階の半分までを実施していたため、本年度は２段階の後半と３段階を行った。第二段階の研究結果：昨年度、モザンビークの現地の人々が「どのような」教育ニーズを持っているのかを解明したことを受けて、本年度は彼らが「どのように」教育ニーズを発出しているのかについて、援助要請理論を用い、教員を事例に検討を行った。分析結果から、モザンビークの教員の援助要請には、性別、年齢、担当教科、教育レベル、地域、心理的問題、教授問題、自尊心、自己開示、教育援助から得られる利益予測、政府援助から得られる援助予測、英語スキル、海外の友人、教育援助への関与、教員研修の経験の要因が関わっていることが明らかになった。第三段階の実施結果：第一段階では、モザンビークにおける教育援助の配分を援助者の視点から検討し、援助者は　自身の合理的な目的をもって配分決定を行っていることを解明した（表層構造）。第二段階では、被援助者の視点に立ち、彼らが教育援助の誘因にどのように関わっているのかを検討した（深層構造）。この２つに視点をもとに、教育援助の配分メカニズムとして、被援助者が主導する新しい視点に関して考察を行った。その結果、被援助者が教育援助を誘因するプロセスとして、７つのステップからなるモデルを構築した。そのステップは、問題認識、自尊心レベル、問題の深刻さ、教育援助の経験、自己開示レベル、政府援助からの利益の期待、教育援助の経験である。そしてこのプロセスには、９つの異なる決断をする教員が存在していることも明らかになった。

The applicant's research is aimed at understanding the surface and deep structures of educational assistance, and a three-stage implementation plan is set for two years. The third level of the structure is divided into three levels: the first level, the second level, the third level, and the third level. Last year, the first stage and half of the second stage were implemented, and this year, the second half of the second stage and the third stage were implemented. The analysis results show that teachers 'assistance needs are related to gender, age, responsibility for teaching, education, geography, psychological problems, professor problems, self-esteem, self-disclosure, interest prediction of educational assistance, government assistance prediction, English language, overseas friends, educational assistance, and teachers' training needs. The third stage of implementation results: the first stage of the allocation of educational aid, aid point of view, aid to their own reasonable purpose, allocation decision, implementation of clear (surface structure). The second stage is the deep structure of the educational aid. 2. Educational aid distribution and evaluation; assistance recipients 'leading role; and new perspectives. The result is that the recipients are encouraged to provide educational assistance.
