项目摘要

今年度は、次の【１】【２】を重点的に行った。【１】近世初期に創作された新作謡本との関係解明（「成立期」に区分）近世初期に夥しい数が作られた新作謡本の一つである『甘楽太夫』と、古浄瑠璃『こ大ぶ』との前後関係を整理し、謡曲を題材とする古浄瑠璃作品の成立背景を分析した。まず謡本を元にした古浄瑠璃の台本（古浄瑠璃正本）の数を確認するため、寛永期（1624～1643）に出版された古浄瑠璃正本の中から、謡本の摂取が認められる作品を抽出した。該当する作品の摂取方法には、一つは謡本の本文を一部引用する【引用型】、いま一つは謡本と全体の構想を同じくする【題材型】の2パターンがある。本研究では【引用型】が生まれる過程に謡本、舞の本、お伽草子などの大量のテキストを所有し、それらを用いて古浄瑠璃正本を作る草子屋の関与を想定し、その証左となる資料（能楽研究所所蔵「古活字玉屋本表紙裏張」慶長19年〈1624〉頃）の調査、分析を通して、【引用型】の古浄瑠璃正本の成立背景を考察した。【２】九州地方の語り物芸能資料の調査（「展開期」に区分）2017年7月より学習院大学の兵藤裕己氏主催の盲僧琵琶研究会に参加し、熊本県玉名郡南関町で活動した盲僧の琵琶語り・山鹿良之（1901―1996）の録音資料に解題を付す作業を行っている。今年度は、兵藤氏から貸与された「鞍馬下り」「卒塔婆引き」の２点の録音資料の解題執筆作業に取り組んだ。「鞍馬下り」は山鹿の語りを省略した内容の台本が福岡県立図書館に残されており、2017年10月11日の調査で撮影を終えていたが、今年度はこの福岡県立図書館本と山鹿の語りとを比較、分析した。
