项目摘要

コロナ禍と病気療養のため海外渡航に制限がかかり、フランスでの調査研究が計画通りに進まない状況が続いたため、科研費を出版費用に使用することを決定している。令和4年度中の出版を目ざしていたが、現在までの研究成果論文のなかで出版予定書籍に利用できるものは限られる（「バランシュにおける『現行のエポプティスム』と死刑廃止論」、「ヴィニー『ダフネ』における脱宗教性」など）ため、新たな資料精査と執筆に時間がかかっている。延長の間にも『ライシテ：一つの言葉の歴史』（2022年出版）など新たに興味深い文献が出版されており、コロナ禍関連再延長制度を利用してさらに一年の研究継続を選択した。出版社の了承をすでに得ており、引き続き出版に向けての作業を継続している。国際ルナン学会において「信仰とライシテ」をテーマとした大会あるいは研究会を開催することが研究計画書における目的のひとつであったが、令和5年度（2023年）に実現する運びとなった。本研究着手の初期段階から学会のメンバーに要望を伝えていたが、それがルナン生誕200周年記念大会（11月末あるいは12月初旬開催予定）という重要な大会で扱われることになった。「エルネスト・ルナンー信仰とライシテのはざまで」であり、すでに発表者全員と発表タイトル（仮）が決定している。海外渡航に支障なしとする医師の判断にもとづき、発表者の一人として参加する予定である。発表テーマはルナン『イスラエル民族史』に関するものとした。昨年末に行ったテーマ選定にあたっては、ローディス・レタ『ルナンのイスラエル』等の基本文献を再読し、またジャン・ジョレスのルナン言及を確認するなどの作業が必要であった。科研費の残額は出版費用にあてることを決定しており、渡航費用は私費となるが研究遂行に必要な経費と考える。
