六条藤家をはじめとする院政期歌風を考察するにあたり、典拠を踏まえた和歌の詠法に着目した。二十八品歌は『法華経』に基づく和歌である。『中世文学』に掲載される「二十八品歌の詠法―本歌取り作を中心に」では、平安中期から南北朝期に至る詠法の変化を検討し、概して類型的な作が多いが、院政期から文学的な修辞が増加すること、南北朝期には『源氏物語』も摂取されることなどを指摘した。『源氏物語』は仏教の世界において狂言綺語と見なされることもある作品であり、それが二十八品歌に踏まえられていることは『源氏物語』受容の観点からも注目に値しよう。それに関連して、題詠歌における『源氏物語』の摂取方法について考察したのが『国語と国文学』に掲載される「院政期題詠歌における『源氏物語』受容―『後鳥羽院御口伝』言説の再検討」である。後鳥羽院は和歌の初心者に対して、『源氏物語』の歌は「心（内容）」でなく「詞（表現）」を取れと説く。しかし、両者は表裏一体のはずであり、その意味するところは不分明であった。本稿では歌題の詠まれ方に注目し、『源氏物語』の「心（内容）」を詠んだだけでは歌題を表現することができないことを指摘した。つまり、初心者が『源氏物語』を安易に摂取すると、題意が満たされない、すなわち落題の危険がある。そのような作の増加は、題詠の根幹を揺るがしかねない。そうした危機意識が、この説の根底にあろうと結論付けた。また、『六百番歌合』は院政期を代表する大規模な歌合である。その俊成判に反駁し、六条藤家の顕昭が自らの詠作意図などを述べた『顕昭陳状』は、六条藤家全体の歌風を分析するうえでも恰好の資料である。しかし、伝本研究が十分に進んでおらず、これまで信頼できる本文が得られていなかった。そこで、その校本を作成すべく、現存する22本の伝本のうち10本の校合を済ませた。
