2019年度の研究成果は、以下の2点にまとめることができる。1. 私がこれまで行ってきた研究(論文"Capital Adequacy Requirements and Financial Frictions in a Neoclassical Growth Model")を引き続き進めた。本研究では、近年のBasel III導入による更なる規制強化を踏まえ、自己資本比率規制を導入した経済成長モデルを構築し、自己資本比率規制の強化は金融市場の発達度合を考慮して行うべきであるという結果を得た。今年度は、本研究を論文にまとめて、国際学術誌に投稿を行った。さらに、 現実データとの符合、政策的な示唆をより鮮明にすべく、数値解析による分析に取り組み、論文の改訂を行った。2. 昨年度に引き続き、若者と高齢者がそれぞれリスクのある経済活動をおこなうマクロ経済モデルを構築し、少子高齢化が、若者と高齢者それぞれの、そのリスクへの態度を通して、経済にどのような影響を与えるのかについての研究を進めた。今年度は、構築したモデルから得られた解析的な結果が、どの程度現実経済を説明できるのかを検討し、モデルが与える示唆をより鮮明にすべく、構築したモデルについての数値解析をおこなった。数値解析からも、若年世代よりも老年世代がリスク回避的であればあるほど、少子高齢化によって、貯蓄が減少し、資本蓄積が阻害されるという結果を得ることができたため、本モデルから得られた結果の現実経済における重要性をさらに明らかにすることができた。今年度行った数値解析結果を踏まえて、論文改訂を行い、国内のconferenceで、論文"Risk Aversion, Longevity, and Fertility in an Overlapping Generations Model"として、報告を行った。
