项目摘要

①「鎌倉府政権下における鎌倉三カ寺の盛衰」（菊地大樹・近藤祐介編『東国の中世』高志書院、2021年刊行予定）では、これまでの自身の研究を踏まえつつ、鎌倉府政権下における鎌倉顕密寺院の展開過程を通時的に検討した。そして、（１）当該期は東西の宗教界の分離が強調される傾向にあるが、少なくとも宗教界のレベルでは、鎌倉期程ではないにしても東西顕密僧の交渉は継続的であり、同様の宗教的秩序に包摂される存在であったといえること、（２）一方、鎌倉府と室町幕府の対立が先鋭化する中で、鎌倉公方は鎌倉顕密寺院への介入を強化し、法脈を無視して自身の親族等を別当として送りこんだが、このような措置は、返って鎌倉顕密寺院の衰退を促すことになり、鎌倉顕密仏教界の中核たる鶴岡八幡宮寺別当・勝長寿院別当ともに、古河公方がらみの内乱で廃絶することとなり、公方という主を失った鎌倉顕密仏教界も衰退を余儀なくされたこと、などを指摘した。②古河公方子弟僧の研究…古河公方の子弟で、仏門に入った人物に関する基礎的な研究を行った。検討の成果は、（１）「僧籍に入った成氏子弟の動向」、及び（２）「雪下殿空然の経歴と社家奉行人の活動」（ともに黒田基樹編『足利成氏・政氏とその時代』戎光祥出版、2021年刊行予定）にまとめた。③中世後期寺院法の研究…新たな研究テーマとして中世後期の寺院法について検討し、その成果を「寺社法―聖と俗の狭間で―」（松園潤一朗編『室町・戦国時代の法の世界（仮題）』吉川弘文館、2021年刊行予定）にまとめた。その中で、中世後期寺院法の特色として、時代が下るにつれて、前期同様原理原則は掲げつつも、世俗社会からの影響がより強く条文に反映されるようになり、かつ前期では慣習（法）のうちに留まっていた事項が、条文にも反映されるようになる点を指摘した。

(1) When the religious separation between the East and the West was emphasized in this period, the religious order of the same kind existed,(2) When the shogunate of Kamakura Prefecture was sharpened, the Kakura government strengthened the intervention of the Kamakura temple. The Law of the Sea, regardless of their own relatives, etc., should be sent to the court. The law of the sea should be sent to the court. 2. Research on the children of the ancient river public party…Basic research on the children of the ancient river public party, the people of the ancient river public party. New Research on Temple Law in the Late Middle Ages "Temple Law: Sacred and Common"(edited by Junichiro Matsuwon,"The World of Law in the Muromachi·Kokuni Era (title)" Yoshikawa Hirofumi Museum, scheduled for publication in 2021) In the middle and late Middle Ages, the characteristics of temple law, the times, the principles of the same principle, the influence of secular society, the strong provisions, the early customs (law), the provisions, the matters, the provisions, the points of reflection.
