项目摘要

中国の農村地帯は現在、相次ぐ工場建設や若者の流出等に起因する、農業従事者の構造変化という新たな局面を迎えている。それを端的に象徴するのが、「代耕農」、即ち、中国周辺部の郷里を離れ、より豊かな地域の農村へと流入してきた出稼ぎ農民の存在である。本研究は、転換期の中国江南農村の現状およびそこに見られる新たな農村生活の実態を把握すべく、統計には反映されていない隠れた農業生産者「代耕農」について、現地調査に基づき明らかにするものである。とりわけ本研究が着目するのが、彼ら「よそ者」が他者と邂逅し交渉する場面において見られるある種の共通知識――「韻律」（prosody）――である。中国で広くそして長く見られてきた、価格交渉時の一定のレトリックの様式や、それらに対処する際の判断や態度などの脱領域的な文化的共通性に着目しつつ、現代中国における「移動と社会」の力学について探求する。以上の研究課題にむけ、初年度となる2018年度には文献研究と現地調査、および学会等での口頭発表を行った。現地調査からは、「代耕農」現象が現在大きな過渡期をむかえていることが明らかとなった。たとえば、南京市郊外の高淳区では、2000年代には上海近郊エリアへと向かった代耕農たちが、地元の経済発展および上海での住居費・生活費の高騰などの要因のため、2010年代後半になると代耕農を終えて帰省するという「代耕農の終焉」が始まっていることを確認した。また、本研究の理論的枠組みに関する研究にも大きな進展があり、とりわけ、中東研究において発展してきた「非境界的世界論」が中国の社会構造のありかたや現代的な移動現象を理解する上で有益な参照点となるという知見を得るに至った。申請者の就職決定とPD辞退に伴い本研究課題は2018年度で終了となるが、今後も本研究を継続・発展させていく予定である。

China's rural areas are facing the current situation, the reasons for the outflow of factory construction, and the structural transformation of agricultural enterprises. The characteristics of "contract farming" in China are as follows: 1. The rural areas in the peripheral part of China are separated from each other, and 2. The rural areas in the region are separated from each other. This study aims to understand the current situation of rural life in Jiangnan, China, and to reflect the basic situation of rural life in China. This study focuses on the common knowledge of "prosody"-- China's long-term development has been explored in the dynamics of "mobility and society" in modern China. The above research topics are subject to review, preliminary review and oral presentation in 2018. Local investigation shows that the phenomenon of "contract farming" is now a big transition period. In Gaochun District, Nanjing City, the development of land resources in the suburbs of Shanghai in the 2000s and the main reasons for the high housing and living expenses in Shanghai were confirmed in the second half of the 2010s. In this paper, the theoretical framework of the study is developed, and the Middle East studies are developed."Non-state world theory" is a useful reference point for understanding the social structure of China and modern mobile phenomena. The applicant's employment decision and PD dismissal are accompanied by the completion of this research project in 2018 and the future development of this research project.
