本年度は、昨年度までの調査や学会報告をもとに、分析枠組みの精緻化をはかり、主に投稿論文の執筆および博士論文の執筆を集中的に行った。本研究の目的は、外国人散在地域に居住する結婚移住女性を対象に、ジェンダー視点により居住を実証的に検討し、移民の「定住」概念を検討することである。これまでの分析の結果、結婚移住女性はトランスナショナル及びローカルな空間において複数の「ホーム」と呼べる親密な関係性や空間を築いていたことが分かった。それは移住女性たちの主体的な労働参加や生活空間の拡張の試みによるものであり、「定住」を方向付けるものとなっていた。一方で地域社会における非対称なジェンダー構造の只中におかれ、日本人の配偶者であるが故にジェンダー規範をより一層強く引き受け、内面化せざるをえないという一面も明らかになった。その結果移民の「ホーム」とされる宗教的エスニックネットワークの女性たちの離脱と、ネットワークの分断をもたらし、さらに別の「ホーム」を新たに構築していくことが分かった。このように結婚移住女性の「定住」の検討からは、トランスナショナルな移住のダイナミズムが改めて認識されながらも、ジェンダー構造に強く規定されたものであることことが浮かび上がった。これらの考察は「国際ジェンダー学会誌（第17号）」に投稿し掲載された。また「定住」の重要なきっかけであることが分かった妊娠・出産といった再生産の局面について、移住女性の出身地域（ベトナム）において現地調査を行い、移民女性の出産や育児を支援する施設で参与観察を行った。上記の研究成果や調査結果は、今後も学会等で積極的に報告する予定である。
