新藤兼人の映像作品および映画に関する著作をパフォーマティヴィティの観点から調査し、その結果をいくつかの方法によって公開した。一、新藤の脚本によって制作された映画『自由学校』を論じた論文「Taking Liberties: Shishi Bunroku’s School of Freedom and Its Competing Film Adaptations」をアメリカアジア学会日本支部主催日本アジア研究学会（ASCJ）大会で発表した。二、前年度に寄稿した、新藤著『日本シナリオ史』の資料編纂方法を分析した論文「A Historiography of Japanese Screenwriting」が査読過程を経て、『The Palgrave Handbook of Screenwriting Studies』（Palgrave Macmillan)で2023年７月刊行予定になった。三、石内公民館において、新藤のドキュメンタリー観を明らかにする講演「新藤兼人監督と平和　ー映像で詩と真実を追うシーシュポスー」を行った。四、新藤『裸の島』の脚本における叙述方法を分析した論文「Narrative Structure in the Screenplay of The Naked Island (1960)」が、論集『Bloomsbury Handbook of Global Screenplay Theory』（Bloomsbury Academic）へ招待され、執筆中である。

New Fujimoto's works are related to photography, and the results are published. I. The script of Shindo was produced by the film "Freedom School" and the paper "Taking Liberties: Shishi Bunroku's School of Freedom and Its Competing Film Adaptations" was presented at the Japan Branch of the Society for Scientific Research (ASCJ). 2. Analysis of the data compilation method of "History of Japanese Screenwriting" submitted in the previous year,"A Historiography of Japanese Screenwriting" and "The Palgrave Handbook of Screenwriting Studies"(Palgrave Macmillan)"scheduled for July 2023. 3. The Ishiuchi Citizen's Hall will be opened to the public. 4. Narrative Structure in the Screenplay of The Naked Island (1960), Bloomsbury Handbook of Global Screenplay Theory (Bloomsbury Academic).
