本研究は、トラウマ体験を受けた子どもたちの精神症状や行動の問題に対して、音楽による治療的介入の効果を検証するものである。全国の医療・福祉・教育関係者と研究会を立ち上げ、児童虐待、音楽療法、児童精神医療、虞犯少年、特別支援教育、医療的ケア児、性教育などをテーマにした講演会を定期的に開催している。これまでに計1000人以上が参加し、児童養護施設職員、音楽療法士、学校教諭らとの連携を深め、本研究の実施に向けて準備を進めている。臨床においては、児童精神科外来および精神科病棟での診療を継続的に行い、複雑性PTSDの疾患理解に努め、精神症状や行動面の問題を抱える被虐待児の治療を行なっている。また、外来担当患者と音楽セッションを実施するなど、音楽的介入を継続的に行い、本研究の実施に向けて準備を進めている。本研究の予備的研究として、児童養護施設および特別支援学校の児との音楽活動を継続的に実施している。コロナ禍の状況において、本研究はオンラインでの音楽的介入を行う。研究を滞りなく実施するために、オンライン設備の準備を進めている。実施に必要な機材、楽器等について、児童養護施設職員とのミーティングを継続し、環境設備の調整を行なっていく。

This study is aimed at identifying the effects of psychosocial and behavioral interventions on the development of mental health.
