项目摘要

日本の性に関する指導を推進する上で，教師の羞恥心や抵抗感がいまだ根強く残っていることが課題の一つとして挙げられていることから，本研究では，中学校および高等学校の性に関する指導の充実に向けて，保健体育科教師における性に関する指導をする際の課題を明らかにし，その改善のためのオンライン教師教育プログラムを開発することを目的としている。令和4年度には，前年度に実施した中学校および高等学校の保健体育教員を対象としたインタビューにより得られたデータの分析を進めた。具体的には，Teacher Development理論を用いてデータを質的に評価し，学校の性に関する指導を進める上での教員の課題として，1）望まない・予期しない妊娠を防ぐ方法の指導，2）ハラスメントにつながる性的な用語やコメント，行動についての注意と配慮，3）生徒の変容学習に役立つ教材の活用，の3つの視点があることを見出した。また，性に関する指導における教員の資質・能力を高める上で重要となる教師教育の内容について指摘した。この研究結果については，日本教育学会および日本体育・スポーツ・健康学会において学会発表した。さらに，「Japanese health education teachers' experiences in teaching sexuality education at high schools」と題する英文論文を執筆・投稿し，国際的な教育学術誌『Cogent Education』に掲載された。加えて，これらの知見を基にして，オンライン教師教育プログラムのウェブを立ち上げ，教材開発に着手した。
