项目摘要

本研究課題は、文脈化単語埋め込みが、人が常識として持つ経験的知識をどの程度捉えているかを明らかにすることを目的とし、文脈化単語埋め込みを用いた大規模コーパスからの意味フレームの自動構築、自動構築したフレーム知識と人手で整備された知識フレームの対応付け、日本語と英語のフレーム知識の対応付けによる言語横断的なフレームの構築、および、各言語に特有なフレームの検出等の研究項目に取り組むものである。本年度はこれらの研究項目のうち主に、動詞の意味フレーム推定の高精度化、フレーム要素の推定手法の検討に取り組んだ。具体的には、昨年度までに、文脈化単語埋め込みを用いた動詞の意味フレーム推定において、マスクされた単語埋め込みと2段階クラスタリングを用いることで、高精度なフレーム推定を実現できることを明らかにしたが、本年度は、深層距離学習を用い、文脈化単語埋め込みをフレーム推定に最適化した上で、フレーム推定に応用ことでさらに高精度なフレーム推定が可能となることを明らかにした。さらに、深層距離学習に基づき最適化した文脈化単語埋め込みの、フレーム要素推定への応用を検討し、初期的な実験の結果、有望であることを明らかにした。また、昨年度までに取り組んだ、日本語を対象に自動構築された京大格フレームと、人手で整備された英語のフレーム知識であるFrameNetの自動的な対応付けの成果について、国際会議にて発表を行った。
