项目摘要

本研究の目的は、感染症流行が「企業の社会的責任活動」を実施した企業に対する消費者の購買行動及び評価に与える影響を実証分析により明らかにすることである。具体的には、１）新型コロナウィルス流行の前後の消費者による購買行動の変化を、企業のCSR活動が公表された際の追加的な売上高増加率の分析（イベントスタディ）や重回帰分析で定量的に観察し、２）消費者に対するアンケート調査を通じて企業評価の具体的な変化内容を明らかにする。更に、３）上記分析を日本、米国、欧州（ドイツ等）、東南アジア（ベトナム等）で実施し比較することにより、企業評価や購買行動の変化は何に起因するものなのかを確認する。本研究の実施計画は、大きく、「①消費行動分析」、「②企業評価分析（アンケート調査）」、「③分析結果の統合と国際比較」の３つに分けられ、2022年度の実施予定は、①収集したデータの定量分析と、②消費者向け国際アンケート調査の実施であった。実績としては、①消費者行動及び企業の社会的評価に関するより適切なデータにつき検討し、②感染症流行前後の消費者意識変化に関するアンケートのデザイン（対象国、回答者の抽出条件、規模、期間、質問項目等）を決定した（２０２３年５月現在、アンケート実施済み）。よって、研究実施状況は、「おおむね順調に進展している」と言える。今後は、消費者行動及び企業の社会的評価に関するデータおよび国際アンケート調査結果をもとに定量的・定性的分析を行い、成果を対外的に発表したい。
