项目摘要

本年度当初からコロナ禍による海外調査進捗の遅延があったものの、最終的にはおおむね計画どおり、あるいはそれ以上の進捗があった。第一に、国境を越える諸課題に対して草の根レベルから取り組む国際ソーシャルワークに関して、実践家の主観的経験と語りに焦点を当てた調査分析をさらに進めた。青年海外協力隊ソーシャルワーカー経験者の語りに関する先行研究の知見を参照しながら、社会的表象理論の視点を用いて国際ソーシャルワークについて考察した論稿が雑誌に掲載された。加えて、国際ソーシャルワーク関連の研究会が実施したヒアリング調査の報告書作成において、本研究での経験を生かしながら、編著者の一人として取りまとめた。第二に、スリランカのソーシャルワークにおけるインディジナスな知と実践についての探求を現地関与者とともに進めた。昨年度にソーシャルワーク実践家を対象に実施した面接調査に基づく共著論文が原著として国際誌に掲載された。また、スリランカの関係者との協議も進めた。遠隔による2回の事前協議を経て、2023年１月に本研究プロジェクトとしては初となる対面での円卓会議を開催した（スリランカ・ソーシャルワーク専門職協会および国立社会開発機関との共催）。これまでの研究成果を関係者と共有したうえで、実践指向の新たな共同研究計画について検討した。第三に、グローバル・サウスにおける地域・民族固有の知をめぐるソーシャルワークと国際協力の関係性について考察を深めた。その成果の一例として、これまでの研究知見をまとめて、日本社会福祉学会にて口頭発表するとともに、所属機関年報に研究ノートを寄稿した。また、国際ソーシャルワーク教育に関する原著が国際誌に掲載された他、国際開発実践に関して分担翻訳した書籍が発刊された。さらに、日本において当事者とのソーシャルワーク活動から生成された実践理論の教育への活用について口頭発表を行った。

This year's overseas investigation progress was delayed and the final plan was completed. The first is to investigate and analyze the root causes of the problem. The youth overseas cooperation team's research on the concept of social representation is based on the concept of social representation. In addition, the international research association has carried out the research report, and the author of this research has been selected. The second is to explore the relationship between the two countries. The paper was published on the basis of a survey conducted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The agreement between the parties involved in the dispute shall be entered into. In January 2023, the study was launched at the first meeting of the National Institute of Social Development (NISD). The results of this research are shared by those involved, and practice points to new joint research projects. Third, the relationship between the region and the nation is deeply explored. An example of the results of the study was submitted to the Japan Society for Social Welfare. The International Journal of Science and Technology published the first edition of the book. The International Journal of Science and Technology published the second edition of the book. In Japan, the activities of the parties involved in the implementation of the theory of education and the use of oral expression were carried out.
