本研究では、これまでに我々が開発してきたOSCE開発の知見を用いて、新たに行動科学領域の教育効果をOSCEにて評価するシステムを構築する。これまでの我々のOSCE system開発の経験を基に、行動科学教育の分野にて信頼性、及び妥当性の高い行動科学教育の評価方法を検討し、信頼性向上のため画像処理アルゴリズム開発を加えたbehavioral science- OSCEを開発することを目的とする。2022年度は、行動科学のOSCE開発に向けて、課題シナリオの作成、Rubric評価表の開発、模擬患者の指導および養成を行った。本研究で作成したシナリオを基にOSCEのトライアルを行い、シナリオと評価が妥当であるか専門家5名で検証を行った。また、運営方法についても検証を行い、行動科学SCEの運営システムについて検証を行った。さらに、AIの専門家とミーティングを行い、解析システムの基盤となるプロセスについて情報交換を行った。国際動向として、WFMEの国際基準に示されるように行動科学のカリキュラム構築は求められていることから、国際的な医学教育に貢献するものと考えられる。信頼性・妥当性の高い行動科学教育の評価法を開発することで、行動科学を知識だけでなく、技能として臨床や予防医学に応用し、行動変容を促すことができる医療人の育成が期待される。さらに、行動科学教育の標準化および全国の行動科学教育への普及へ貢献するものと予想される。また、合否判定についての検討を行い、進級判定など実用可能性の貢献が期待される。
