2021年に実施した質的研究の結果と実地指導者の困難感に関する先行研究の内容を統合し，看護管理を学ぶ大学院生による専門家会議を重ね，尺度原案を作成した．尺度原案は，30項目3下位概念となった．各下位概念は，「実地指導者が感じる新卒看護師の指導を受ける態度の傾向」9項目，「実地指導者としての役割遂行に対する戸惑い」13項目，「スタッフ間の指導方針の意見の相違」8項目となった．尺度原案をもとに尺度開発のための質問紙とした．（１）基本属性　（年齢，性別，実務職種，最終学歴，配置病棟，実地指導者研修の受講の有無，実地指導者経験年数）（２）NIOSH職業ストレス調査票（14項目）（３）MBI-GS日本語版：バーンアウト（16項目）（４）実地指導者の困難感を評価する尺度原案（30項目）とした．基準関連妥当性の検証では，併存的妥当性と弁別的妥当性を検証するためにNIOSH職業ストレス調査票（14項目），MBI-GS日本語版：バーンアウト（16項目）の尺度を使用した．尺度に使用においては，尺度開発者の承諾を得て使用した．2022年12月末より，郵送法によるアンケート調査の実施を開始した．355名に配布し，有効回答率87名(24.5％）であった．600名へのアンケートの配布を計画していたが，新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大に伴い，依頼時に断られることも多かった．尺度原案は30項目であり，文献では，尺度開発の際のサンプルサイズは，尺度原案の項目数の10倍と書かれているものもあるため，有効回答が，300になるまで実施する予定である．研究期間を9月まで延長した．研究対象者は，実地指導者ということもあり，何年か継続されている方もいらっしゃると考えている．そのため，新人研修が落ち着く6月～8月に研究調査が実施できるよう新しく協力依頼を行っていく予定である．
