项目摘要

本研究は2018年度から2021年度に開発した看護基礎教育において実施する「政策教育プログラム」を、数か所の看護系大学でカリキュラムに落とし込んで実際にその教育を行い、そのプロセスや教育効果を明らかにすることで政策教育プログラム導入ガイドを開発することを目的としている。2022年度は初年度であることから開発した政策教育プログラム（科目型・分散型）の説明を大学対象に行い、本研究に協力してもらえる大学を募集し、その選定を行う計画であった。そこで、研究班会議において選定方法や選定の考え方を整理し、政策教育プログラムの解説内容をより詳細かつ具体的な内容の資料を作成し、日本看護科学学会の交流集会において説明会を開催した。しかし、参加大学が少なかったことから募集方法を変更し、ＦＧＩ参加大学に加えて政策教育科目が明示されている大学を調査し、30大学が候補として挙がった。この大学に対して個別に電話等で説明を行い研究への協力を依頼した。その結果、10大学（科目型５，分散型５）が研究協力大学として選定された。政策教育プログラムを実際のカリキュラムにある科目に落とし込んで実施するためには、2023年度に教育内容の変更を行い、実際に教育を行う時期は2024年度となった。当初の計画では、2023年度の政策教育を実施する予定であったが、カリキュラムや教育内容の変更は年度単位で行うことから、計画通りの実施ができなかったが、研究協力大学が科目型、分散型もそれぞれ５校ずつ確保できた。現在はプロセス評価を行う準備を行っているところである。
