患者の転倒は転倒後の患者のQOL低下につながるため、患者の安全と安楽と自立のバランスを整えながら、転倒予防策を講じることが重要である。本研究は、患者の安全と安楽と自立のバランスを整えながら講じる転倒予防策の一つである移動の見守りに焦点をあてる。患者の安全と安楽と自立のバランスを整えながら、患者のQOLを保つことを目指した転倒に関する危険予知の経験知を反映した熟練看護師の“目のつけどころ” を、熟練看護師の思考過程と眼球運動から明らかにするために予備調査と本実験を行う。令和4年度は予備調査を実施した。予備調査は、本実験の課題場面の作成や分析の視点を得ることを目的に計画した。予備調査の対象者は、令和4年10月1日時点で日本看護協会に登録し、所属先を公開している認知症看護認定看護師1470名とした。転倒に関する先行研究を参考に無記名自記式の質問紙を自作した。質問紙は、①対象者の背景、②認知症高齢患者の転棟、転出や転入や入院などの機会に行われる情報を受け渡し時の情報の内容やその優先度、③認知症高齢患者の転倒リスクを査定する際に重要視する事前情報、④自覚している援助時の観察ポイント、⑤援助時の考え等の五項目から構成し、三者択一や五者択一、自由記載により回答を得た。質問紙は令和5年1月5日に郵送し、回答期限とした令和5年3月31日までに返送するように依頼した。宛先不明により46部が返送され、回答期限までに493部が返送された。回収率は39.7％であった。返信された順に、番号を振り、順次、データを入力している。
