项目摘要

今年度は看護学生の倫理的感受性について、用いる尺度の裏付けとなる質的調査を行った。質的調査にあたり、用いる理論について理論分析を行った（Tanaka,2022）。その理論や文献レビューを参考にし、看護学生の倫理的感受性はある特定の倫理的課題から表出され、その表現を看護学生の問いと定義した。倫理的課題は文献レビューから、身体抑制に焦点化し、その問い並びに倫理的感受性から得た問いがどのように展開するのかを看護学生のインタビューより明らかにした。また、分析手法は、看護学生の語りについてそのStoryを失わず、語りを分断しないナラティヴ手法（Riessman，2014）を用いた。看護学生のナラティヴを用いたナラティヴ分析は、単に言葉が表している内容ではなく、ある出来事が「なぜ」、「どのように」語られるのかを問う手法であるとされ、ナラティヴは人が過去を理解するための方法を提供すると同時に、過去の経験を構築するため、常に文脈の中で理解する必要性がある特徴を持つ。現象学的手法も検討したが、質的研究の中の解釈主義的視点であり、ナラティヴをデータとして扱うことにおいてはナラティヴ分析とオーバーラップしている部分が多く、本研究の目的に照らし合わせると、ナラティヴの語りの文脈に焦点を充てる、という部分に現象学の持つ本質を探究する視点は合致しないと考え、ナラティヴ分析を用いることとした。COVID19の影響を受け、オンライン上でのインタビューを行った。看護教育プログラムの構築への示唆を得るため、4年間の看護学士課程を通した経験を語ってもらう必要があった。そこで、2021年3月までに看護学士課程を修了予定の看護学生16名へ半構成的インタビューを実施した。得られたナラティヴからテーマ分析、構造分析を行った。
