项目摘要

本研究の目的である以下の3点について、今年度の研究成果を示す。①実習生と職場・地域の日本人にとって良好な言語環境の構築に必要なものは何か。実態とニーズの把握；当該年度は熊本県内の農業経営者に対するインタビュー調査を実施し、その結果について異文化間教育学会の特定課題研究として、社会学・教育学の専門家と議論を重ね、12月・3月に同学会の公開シンポジウムで発表した。この成果は現在も継続して分析し、2023年6月に同学会全国大会にて発表する予定である。②熊本県内の実習生と地域の日本人大学生との交流システムを構築することにより、双方にとって充実した言語環境の構築に貢献する(制度の計画と実行)；JICA九州、桜十字病院、その介護実習生監理団体であるくまかい協同組合と協力し、11月入国の実習生と日本語教員養成課程の学生との交流活動を企画・実行した。交流は実習生の入国前にオンラインでの顔合わせから始まり、入国後講習の間に週一度、4回の交流活動を行った。最終日は熊日会館で実習生のプレゼンを行い、メディアにも取り上げられ、広く地域社会に交流の意義をアピールすると共に、研究の成果を還元することができた。交流活動は2023年度5月入国の実習生について第2回の活動を開始したところである。③構築した交流システムを専門家により評価し、改善策を提案する。(実践の評価と改善)：最後のこの項目は、交流活動などがすべて終了した2024年度に主として行うことになるが、①についてはすでに異文化間教育学会の専門家より随時評価と助言をいただいており、②についてはJICA九州及びその委託会社であるICネットの国際交流活動の専門家より随時評価と助言をいただいている。
