政府が進める「特区における家事支援人材の受入れ」に資するため、外国人家事支援人材への効果的、かつ持続可能な日外国人家事支援人材に対する日本語教育支援プログラムの開発に向けて、その前提として、渡日前、及び渡日後のそれぞれの段階での就業前研修の実態調査(研修の具体的な時間数や内容、体制等)、適合事業者や外国人家事支援人材自身に過度の負担とならない現実的な日本語教育を実施することを念頭とした就業前研修における日本語教育の実施のための学習条件調査の調査項目を検討し、現地調査に向けた基礎資料を作成した。また、これまでの一連の研究において提示してきた「外国人家事支援人材に対する日本語教育シラバス」及び「外国人家事支援人材への日本語学習支援のためのニーズ調査」等をもとに、就業前研修の中で行う日本語教育カリキュラムの策定や就業前研修で使用することを想定した日本語教育用の教材・教具等(Web上に公開する動画等も含む)の開発のための各種資料や素材を収集した。さらに、Web上での教材公開を念頭に、オンライン上で公開されているさまざまな語学教育・学習用コンテンツの閲覧を行い、教材作成者、教材利用者の双方にとって使用が容易であり、かつ学習効果の高く継続的に使用できるプラットホームについて検討するための資料を収集した。
